Introduction to the Epistles

The Epistulae morales ad Lucilium (English: Moral Epistles to Lucilius) is a borrowed idea from Senecas collection of letters to Lucilius which were originally written by Seneca the Younger at the end of his life.

"My" epistles are addressed to different people conveniently named under the epithet of "Lucilius", and are a collection of my personal email replies to theirs.

For the purpose of this blog, these letters all start with the phrase "{Aura} a Lucilio suo salutem" ("Aura greets his Lucilius") and end - just like Seneca´s -  with the word "Vale" ("Farewell").

In these letters, I discuss with Lucilius some ideas, strategies and points of view and share advices on how to stay motivated and inspired on an spiritual anarcho-primitivist path while living in a civilized material modern world.

Enjoy your reading!
